What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Remove narsists control of management. Managment are Flying Monkeys of leadership.

Nothing can be change, discussion with teams and feedback to the supervisor, supervisor does not follow up. Some others unit supervisor are good. Culture will not change if the same old people are still present. Those like to carry bosses balls are well promoted and laughing at their heart.
Better pay for the high workload
leadership, diversity, talent, inclusiveness, less of a colonialist approach would be desirable
Hierarchical based. They should be welcoming to changes.
Shell is all about saving money at the expense of their employees. From work spaces to amenities to remote work, they keep taking things away to make the experience worse.
