Very low base salary and total compensation compared to my experience, value delivery and even my peers. I am compensated atleast 40% lower than someone comparable in the company.

My team is composed of excellent individuals who work well together and support each other. Unfortunately, our immediate supervisor is terrible.

Nothing can be change, discussion with teams and feedback to the supervisor, supervisor does not follow up. Some others unit supervisor are good. Culture will not change if the same old people are still present. Those like to carry bosses balls are well promoted and laughing at their heart.

Better pay for the high workload

leadership, diversity, talent, inclusiveness, less of a colonialist approach would be desirable

we should stop buying Russian oil. Senior leaders should buy into Renewable energy and not just pretend

Leaving the refining industry seems backwards and like a wrong step. Shell needs to stop selling all its refineries for fractions of their value.

we're not responsive and we make our customer's lives extremely difficult

Try to get some diversity into upper management. White European males cannot possible be the only ones qualified for top executive positions.
