Very collaborative, not taking direction from management rather management encourages us to express ideas and asks for feedback from the team.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
If you make an impact or know your technology you are recognized and appreciated very quickly. Been promoted twice in 1 year, and before my 2nd promotion VPs gave me their time to chat about ideas not knowing anything about me. It's a special place to work, but you've go to be willing to put in work
