If you make an impact or know your technology you are recognized and appreciated very quickly. Been promoted twice in 1 year, and before my 2nd promotion VPs gave me their time to chat about ideas not knowing anything about me. It's a special place to work, but you've go to be willing to put in work

work life balance. Be transparent.
Get back to investing in employees, and great products. Stop only being focused on an IPO and innovate with updates products customers actually care about and can be sold readily.
