What do you like best about the leadership team?
Being open minded, welcome suggestions and inclusive.

Listening to their employees. Axtually look at surveys, dont make them fit your already created narrative.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Discretionary time off, able to flex hours. No fixed time off allocation - as long as the business runs and work is completed, you can take time off.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More money, not just better bonuses for the executive team.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Have aligned goals.you cant pit teams aginst each other with bo common goals and expect to have a successful year.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Dedicated to doing the right thing and adapting to change in a positive way.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
HR. They are so overwhelmed they arent able to do their jobs.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Relaxed attitude, more conversational than interrogation.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Offer your candidates the money they are worth. Stop prioritizing cheap labor.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Culture. Fix HR, and have CEO and CFO be much more oresent in their operations. Act like a CEO/CFO, not a heads down hourly worker.
