Runway is an amazing workplace. Fun, energizing, stimulating and supportive are words I feel describe the environment at Runway. Although some of the team is remote there is a connection across all departments.

I love my co-workers and find the work really challenging and fulfilling

My experience at Runway to date has been everything I've wanted and more. I feel empowered to make decisions, am supported by the Leadership team, and really value the relationships I've built with my colleagues. Most importantly, I really believe in what we're building.

For an early stage start up, we have some really great benefits, like 401k with a match and 100% of medical benefits covered. I know these aren't common benefits for such a small company, but I really appreciate them.

Very generous benefits considering the stage (3% 401K match is very rare for a 30ppl company) Also appreciate the equal parental leave regardless of gender

The team is supportive, makes a genuine effort to find ways to make sure that everyone feel appreciated and included.

We have an extremely diverse team - across functions, geographies, and backgrounds - which makes it so fun to learn from my teammates. We also have an extremely efficient meeting culture, with a lot happening over slack and asynchronously which I really enjoy.

We have a really open and welcoming team! Everyone is always willing to jump in and help out when someone needs it. It's also a really fun group and we all have creative side hobbies, which is really fun and adds more to our culture.

I feel really valued as an employee. We work really hard, but we also have a lot of things built in to keep it fun and make sure we get to rest as well. For example, we just started Summer Fridays this week, and I'm really excited for it!
