What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people that form Runway!
People give each other shoutouts regularly and are very supportive of each other
That we're a company built and powered by immigrants and children of immigrants.
I feel really valued as an employee. We work really hard, but we also have a lot of things built in to keep it fun and make sure we get to rest as well. For example, we just started Summer Fridays this week, and I'm really excited for it!
