We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won't solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world. World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is honest and transparent.
Their level of transparency is really unique!
I love that the Leadership team is extremely transparent and communicative with the rest of the company. They also demonstrate a high level of empathy for our users.
They're very transparent! They are also very low ego and like to jump in and get their hands dirty on the little things. I also think they've done a great job of cultivating an environment where people get recognition for their work, which makes me feel really valued as an employee.
