Everyday is a new adventure and new challenges. Over the last 8 years I cant remember 1 day being like the previous. While that may not be everyones cup of tea, it sure is mine!
It's been good most of the time. The team is great to work with and I'm learning almost everyday. The company does things how they see fit. They apply concepts from other industries to this business and I've never seen that before. Software is custom, processes are custom, it's always changing.
I've really enjoyed working at RushOrderTees. The culture is action-oriented and employees are empowered to make decisions that help move the business forward. We've had tremendous growth over the past few years and the future ahead is exciting.
