Great environment to learn and collaborate. Exciting place to work

Everyday is a new adventure and new challenges. Over the last 8 years I cant remember 1 day being like the previous. While that may not be everyones cup of tea, it sure is mine!

I've really enjoyed working at RushOrderTees. The culture is action-oriented and employees are empowered to make decisions that help move the business forward. We've had tremendous growth over the past few years and the future ahead is exciting.

It's been good most of the time. The team is great to work with and I'm learning almost everyday. The company does things how they see fit. They apply concepts from other industries to this business and I've never seen that before. Software is custom, processes are custom, it's always changing.

They are all hands on managers and pretty hard workers in terms of managers I've seen in my career. The leadership is honest and to the point. They tell you what's going on if you ask a question. The CEO through the rest of the company has high quality standards which I love.

I appreciate the lack of bureaucracy and this is driven top-down by the leadership team.

We have a fun event every year called Six Shooter where employees compete to see who can screen print shirts the fastest.
