What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ability to work together in more of a horizontal management style. Using everyone's ideas to better the company
They are all hands on managers and pretty hard workers in terms of managers I've seen in my career. The leadership is honest and to the point. They tell you what's going on if you ask a question. The CEO through the rest of the company has high quality standards which I love.
I appreciate the lack of bureaucracy and this is driven top-down by the leadership team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Im well paid and have lots of OT cbances when i need them
I appreciate the 401k match to help grow my retirement savings.

We all strive for the same goal and work together to achieve it
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a fun event every year called Six Shooter where employees compete to see who can screen print shirts the fastest.

Knowing that we are fulfilling people everyday with their custom apparel needs.
My teammates and the community they've built at the company. I always feel included, it's fantastic to look forward to going to work everyday.
