Everyone at RW3 CultureWizard is very passionate about what they do. Compared to other companies I've worked at, the workplace culture is supportive, flexible and leadership is pretty responsive to feedback.
This company is proof positive that any workplace that calls itself "a family" is a huge red flag. If by family, you mean nepotism, psychological abuse, and zero boundaries.
Great people at this company that were very welcoming. A lot of interesting topics and things to work on. It's also very fulfilling to work at a company with an important mission in the world today.
It's been a very enriching experience where I've learned a lot and I'm very satisfied!!
