We are like family, especially those of us that have been there for several years.

My coworkers and I are like family, and some of our regular customers are part of our family as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I only make $2.13 an hour plus tips and tips are not guaranteed, I get no benefits of any kind, including insurance, PTO, 401K, etc.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company is bankrupt, no one cares about the business anymore, corporate could care less about its employees, food is bad, poor management all the way around.
