What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Proctor and Gamble and Private Label are going to push SC Johnson out of the market before long. Customers don't want to pay "premium prices" for tiny scented candles or oils or chemicals.
Extremely high turnover rate. Compensate properly and offer more flexibility for work/life balance.
