- What would you improve about your company's interview process?Accurately describing what the job would be. That would've saved some heartache.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Proctor and Gamble and Private Label are going to push SC Johnson out of the market before long. Customers don't want to pay "premium prices" for tiny scented candles or oils or chemicals.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Free sunscreen doesn't make employees excited. Clear communication on the direction of the company would work better. Maybe the illustrious Fisk could come from up on high and mingle with us peasants once in a while, instead of opening another pretentious exhibit in Chicago
