What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

They value people. I feel important.

You feel engaged and welcome to SCJ family.

The teamwork when people are able to set aside their competitive attitudes.

The environment is positive as everyone is pulling in the same direction.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Free sunscreen doesn't make employees excited. Clear communication on the direction of the company would work better. Maybe the illustrious Fisk could come from up on high and mingle with us peasants once in a while, instead of opening another pretentious exhibit in Chicago
