Courtney Geduldig — Executive VP of Public Affairs at S&P Global Platts

Ms. Courtney Geduldig has been an Executive Vice President of Public Affairs at S&P Global, Inc. (formerly, McGraw Hill Financial, Inc.) since May 1, 2015. Ms. Geduldig is responsible for worldwide marketing, communications, government affairs and corporate responsibility. She served as a Managing Director of Global Government and Public Policy for McGraw Hill Financial until May 1, 2015. She served as Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs at Standard & Poor's Ratings Services, Chief Counsel and Head of Federal Government Relations at the Financial Services Forum, Chief Financial Counsel to U.S. Senator Bob Corker and Deputy Assistant Secretary for Banking and Finance at the U.S. Treasury Department. Ms. Geduldig holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland, College Park.
