Ms. Martina L. Cheung has been Head of Global Risk Services - Market and Commodities Intelligence at S&P Global, Inc. since November 03, 2015. Ms. Cheung serves as Fixed Income Analyst at S&P Credit Research. She served as the Chief Strategy Officer of McGraw Hill Financial, Inc. (now, S&P Global, Inc.) from March 26, 2014 to September 16, 2015. She was responsible for the execution and measurement of the Growth and Performance objectives, positioning McGraw Hill Financial for sustainable growth and the continuing expansion of its global footprint. She served as the Head of Credit Risk Services at S&P Capital IQ, Inc. since September 16, 2015. She served as Managing Director of Global Strategy and Business Development for Standard and Poor's Ratings Services since 2012. In that role, she developed the S&P strategy for growing existing and new markets and was responsible for coordinating S&P's merger and acquisition activities. Before joining S&P in 2010 as Vice President of Operations, she worked in the consulting industry defining strategies and driving transformation in a variety of industries. Prior to joining S&P, She worked in the consulting industry, first in Accenture's Financial Services Strategy Group and later as a Partner at Mitchell Madison Consulting. She has been an Additional Non-Executive Director of CRISIL Limited since July 19, 2016. Ms. Cheung holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and a Master's Degree in Business Studies from University College Galway.
