Ms. Nancy J. Luquette has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Risk and Audit Executive of S&P Global, Inc. (formerly, McGraw Hill Financial, Inc.) since June 1, 2016. Ms. Luquette is responsible for the Company's global Risk Management and Internal Audit functions, as well as the Ratings Risk Review function for S&P Global Ratings. She served as Chief Audit Executive of S&P Global, Inc. from 2013 to June 1, 2016. Before joining the Company, Ms. Luquette was Vice President and General Auditor for Avaya and earlier was a Partner in PwC's Internal Audit and Global Risk Management Services. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas Wesleyan University.
