What do you like best about the leadership team?
They help us with anything we ask.
Always wanting to help associates where they can.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop being drunk in high at work
Hire REAL managers and not women directly from old navy working as a cashier. Need real managers, men, in charge. Get rid of the high school clique and immature gossipy women.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Psy is low but benefits
They give us about what we ask.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If they weren't discriminating I can't stand it they don't even check the products
Way more money and freedom to confront all the rude, imbecile customers.
Not even a dollar increase in salary in 3 years there. What a joke.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are like a second family.
Nice people that are me equals.
They are the ones who should be in charge.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They all family or friends in if u not then they try in get rid of u
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees are a great bunch of co workers .Managers need training
Co workers makevthe day go by so you are less stressed with managers
They always help us out whenever we ask.
We all want to succeed. We are each others biggest cheerleaders.

New workers period cause the whole staff is bad

It was fine. They tried to help us as much as possible.
Straight forward and answered all my questions.
