Having new problems to solve, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation benchmarking and/or leveling would be great, I know it's coming
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Despite being a growing company with nearly 500 employees, I still feel as though I can reach out to the CEO directly, and the executive team as a whole is approachable and accessible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At heart, I truly believe SADA wants to "do the right thing" in all areas. I do still think it's a goal we're striving towards, but it's clear it's a genuine aspiration.
