Commissions, bonuses, base salary are generous. Consistently ranked at the top 1% of earners in my role across the country.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They ALL lead with empathy. Everyone is incredibly experienced and best in class at what they do. I have full confidence they will be able to scale our organization 100x without any major challenges.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are encouraged to fail, try new things and be wrong. Its more than welcomed, its expected. The growth of our employees is noticeable every 6 months. You become a better version of yourself every single day and work with some super motivated and charismatic people who lift you up and mentor you.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm definitely friends with a LOT of my co workers outside of work. Many times we can get on calls together and end up talking about non work related topics for a good portion of our time together. Everyone cares for one another and it really feels like a family. Its super rare to see this.
What makes you most happy at work?
The future of our company is super promising. Cloud is growing rapidly and SADA is growing faster! The culture is easily the best i've seen from any company in my limited 10 year career. I've interviewed at many companies and what I've seen and been exposed to here at SADA is truly one of a kind.
