Our team is very collaborative and we take care of each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
It makes me happy when I get to work with engaged customers and I get to solve their problems.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the most positive is the growth, and not having to worry about layoffs and such. There is so much potential here and ton of opportunity.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cost of benefits is high, I pay 3x what I used to at a former company. The bonus is only paid out 2x a year, but accounts for 20% of my OTE. The base salary and overall OTE is fair compared to other companies, but should be paid quarterly like other companies. Laptop I was given is useless.
