We are a close team, and each of us have our weakness, but someone on the team is always able to help fill in those weakness, to make us one strong team!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have seen time and time again a top down leadership. Our leadership team is always checking in on how we are doing. I have even gotten emails after major weather events to make sure I and my family were okay and if there was anything the company can do to help.
