What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Many people in the department are condescending or uncooperative. The rest are very supportive and friendly, but it's a mixed bag.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?There is a huge discrepancy between the salary and the work load/expectations. They either need to hire a lot more people, or pay their existing employees a lot more to compensate for the burn out.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication, fostering a healthy work culture, managing resources appropriately.
