Always willing to jump in to help or solve problems.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to advised information and having a proper structure and information flow
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance coverage is very good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For every position I worked over 12 years it was at the farthest bottom of any average page scale for that same position
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Yes most people tend to be way to self involved and avoid working as teams to move forward
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Supportive team members help you through any situation.
The people that have been there for a while are familiar with the ups and down of the company and are easier to work with as they know what it takes to fullfil needs

What did you like most about the interview process?
Got to meet lots of people.
When I first interviewed at sagacity they made it very aware they were just settling with me because I was willing to go with the lower income they provided and never changed that attitude after years of hard dedicated work. The new company I'm moving was excited to have me and my Experiance

Great brands that are well respected in their markets.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managers cannot retain employees, poor communication from the company leaders to keep people from panicking and limitations on resources
