What is the best part about your compensation package?

Workmans comp is very good

Looking into getting insurance through sage now

Given raise and promotion then laid off

Change tip pooling system, increase hourly to compensate

Education is not valued. I graduated from school and they did not feel that I should be promoted or there was no room for promotion for me.

In restaurant group work run too much from corporate level, others not consulted or shown to be valued.
