The leaders at my hotel property are completely incompetent and have no idea what is going on. Sage corporate needs to pay more attention and take action
Value the employees, begin rewarding seniority. Not draconially cutting everybody's hours regularly.

Education is not valued. I graduated from school and they did not feel that I should be promoted or there was no room for promotion for me.
In restaurant group work run too much from corporate level, others not consulted or shown to be valued.

Treat employees with respect. Cut hours from more junior employees first.
