What is the best part about your compensation package?

A bedazzling range of options available to choose from - from cycle to work to mortgage and other financial advice, Health Care plans, and will writing. There is also buy holiday schemes, and the amazing option to Work from Anywhere for up to 10 weeks.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Above market related salaries for top performers. Promotions take too long and is alot of red tape. I know of top performing collegues including myself that have been waiting 2 years for a promotion. We've been scoring 3/3 every year, but theres always an issue with budget when it comes to promotion

Colleagues are not paid the actual Market Rate in North America. Sage needs to really look at colleagues roles an compensate them accordingly. that will also reduce high Employee turnover.
