What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to start putting trust back into their employees and not working them to the brink of exhaustion. Employees wont even take breaks so they can hit their daily dial target.

Show people the value of what they are working on. Just telling people to do something for the sake of it, or to make the company a huge amount of cash is not motivational. Hitting a revenue target is NOT a reason to be doing anything.

Absolutely nothing. One of the best cultures I have worked in and one of the reasons I joined. The key will be maintaining the culture as we evolve into a large public entity. My previous company did a horrible job keeping the culture of the past alive and many talented people left.
