Above market related salaries for top performers. Promotions take too long and is alot of red tape. I know of top performing collegues including myself that have been waiting 2 years for a promotion. We've been scoring 3/3 every year, but theres always an issue with budget when it comes to promotion

Colleagues are not paid the actual Market Rate in North America. Sage needs to really look at colleagues roles an compensate them accordingly. that will also reduce high Employee turnover.
Wage isn't competitive within the market but I feel valued in my role and with my team. Recognition is good and my manager is great
