What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Poor financial decisions causing roadblocks and hurdles for successful project execution. Employee value is non existent.

We are overworked. There are way too many studies for the number of recruiters. Everyone is a supervisor who tells us what to do but does not HELP get it done. We are suffering and I worry the few coworkers I have left will quit.

they will find every single thing wrong with a process, make the PM team responsible for it, and force more workload. We are accountants, sales, project management, recruiting. We are everything. Either give us each a Project Coordinator or lower the project load.
