What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Look for best candidates, not cheap ones

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Unjust decisions from senior management.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Dump the old outdated senior management, they are sitting there for more than 15 years with stupid ideas. They are de-moralizing, denying due benefits to deserving people and instead favoring undeserving females (reciprocating personal favors) etc etc.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Be fair to all employees, especially the long termers. I have seen pattern that the senior management is trying to demoralize senior employees for their benefits. Also noticed favoritism from one of the vice presidents working from India, he/she promoted a female junior employee to a manager role

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Management should lend an ear to the grievances and should addressing that as much as possible. Recently I noticed a long term employee getting harassed, He was serving the company well for more than 10 years, when he decided to make a career move, the manager and HR team is acting with vengeance.
