A very great person who help others
good at their jobs overall.
The leadership takes advange of the job as well as they do not follow the rules that the enforce on lower workers. If a worker does not have time to take a break, the manager will illegally to into the payroll and take it out for them, even if the worker didnt take a break.
Experience. Again, everyone was fearful of doing anything due to repurcussions from the Hills,
Everything. Its so unorganized and they are rude.
Benefits are great and the company pays.
I would like to be recognized for the good work i do around the store. Most days i am the only person running the front of the store, meanwhile the manager sits on the computer all day doing nothing. I would also like to recieve my pay raise that i was promised 3 months ago as well as full time.
Employees not trusted, Forced to stay "on site" and to be in the office just to be in the office. No energy in the office Again a culture of fear.
Getting more money for my hard work
Maybe be acknowledged onve or twice
The team was smart and most people wanted to do the right thing. The office ran better when senior management was away.
We get along well and we help each other out
They are so nice and friendly and were extremely helpful in training and getting me started at saladworks
When i do get to work with my co workers, they dont do what theyre supposed to be doing. They will half the job and not do it correctly. Most of the co workers are 15-17 years old and if they dont do their job correctly they will use there age saying they dont know any better.
We treat the guest well and help them in every way
Management needs to start acting like management. My co workers dont take the job seriously, and if someone gets a raise they should see it on the next paycheck. Not 4 months later. When i request time to work i would like to be listened to.
More collaborative and open. Too much down in secret.
Hire all mew people especially tbw higher they are, the worse they are
The most positive thing about the interviewing process is we get to start the next day after the interview takes place.
That i was able to get the job
the ther there theref therefore good.

Just knowing that I can make peoples day and that I can make people laugh occasionally without even trying.
Im able to work and helpnothers and make nice salads
Being able to serve customers and make them happy as well as interacting with my co workers
I have put in a request to work more than 7 hours a week, because i would love to make this a full time job. But the manager says no one is aloud to work over 12 hours a week. Meanwhile 5 other co workers work full time, 6 days a week, 8 hour work days. It is simply unfair.
Everything is going wrong so wverything
