- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel there's far too much responsibility on my plate and while some recognition is nice and increase in compensation is welcome, this is not a sustainable way to operate. I feel we need to do a better job hiring and supporting the teams tasked with taking on more projects.
