I feel I am underpaid for my industry
My title was changed in a way that I don't necessarily agree with, to a role that has a lower band than the title I was originally at. There hasn't been a great justification to doing this. Would have felt better about it if it was clear where I fit on my team.

I feel promotions should be more fairly attributed and anticipated whithin each team, they should also be based on clearly identified and transparent KPIs. I don't think it is fair to grant the company average salary increase to an employee who reached her/his yearly objective.

- Hierarchy levels : good pay on top, less payed at the bottom even though the top levels don't manage their work properly which makes an impact on the lower levels - there are real differencies between salaries between teams and levels and it is not necesseraly based on the amount of work done
