Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership in the team is mainly best when we all work and learn our individuals learning. The team here works based on their own factors and is determined to working together.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Too much to list here. Try going into a store once in a while. Regional Managers are completely useless. They send a fee emails out each week and pop in to buy a $6 lunch for you occaisionally.
Clear communication of expectations and policy changes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is the best when I receive an equal share of the stock and companies individuals work ship is given to everyone. Once a month we receive stocks from time to time, but it is best when our team is able to benefit from all of these.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sam Ash has been successful because they have mot had to worry about payroll for over 96 years. This is a pit stop on a career path. Do not expect to stay here and be successful.
Executives seem to make uncaring choices with retail workers, and are unwilling to make sacrifices themselves during the pandemic. Pay cuts, and benefit premium increases to those who are in the need most.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The jokes, camraderie and shared misery.
My team comes together consistently to support eachother in the store, where executives have failed us.
Our team is the best of the part that we are all entwined and working together. Our team has very good cooperation skills and is able to be working better together. Our team is intelligent and is able to work according to what they are doing and knows all their information

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Decompressing after hours with coworkers.
For a individual, who likes music I really like to surround myself around music. Music is my life and it really makes me happy that I can work and enjoy what I am doing. Music in SamAsh is able to interacting with all the individual and help them learn questions with each other.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed the fact that I am able to talk about things of the part of music I liked and enjoyed. Music is able to make my life more enjoyable and it helps me be more interactive with the part of music. Music is all in the fact that enjoying life and having a job with what I like.

What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy at work because I can do something I like while earning money. I really like music because music makes part of the things in life more enjoyable for me to do. Music is able to make me enjoy what I do and I am able to work while enjoying music while I work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Retail sales staff are being over worked on a skeleton crew, and are having their pay cut.
