Upper management is out of touch with what is hsppening in their brick and mortar locations. The company pays minimum wage to its employees with unreasonable expectations. If you somehow manage to break your base you will most likely be promoted so they do t have to pay you accordingly.
Overall there are questions that I had considering morality of executives. They did not become full fears, and disgust until the pandemic.
I like my company because I can work with music and have a job that I can earn money . This shows the experience that I can enjoy life and have the true experience of having a purpose and sense in life.
