How employees describe working at Guitar Center
just got cussed out by district manager for wearing a hat among hik projecting a lot of problems previous instructors or store managers did.
It was quick and efficient.
Guitar Center is awesome to work for when it comes to the customers however in my experience, leadership as not really existed. Literally no direct manager for about 66% of the time I have worked for GC. The company is moving in the right direction however still has staffing issues consistently.
