- What did you like most about the interview process?The behavioral interview with the stakeholders i worked with. I did feel it was long though it was about 5-6 rounds with a technical interview
- What did you like most about the interview process?I was constantly communicated with and their recruiter Freddy is amazing. He was super clear with me and made sure I was updated after each step. They've really built an amazing process, cause I have had SO MUCH WORSE.

- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Most people feel like they were conned into buying a useless unhelpful course by a snake oil salesman. Maybe have a little more fifty in advertisement.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Take a hard look at senior management and the incredible toxicity it causes. Toxic work environments usually have toxic leaders and this place is no exception.
