What is the best part about your compensation package?
Quarter bonus and annual bonus
Free commute system, free meal
It includes overtime payment which is fair and just. Medical and Retirement compensation is also big compared to other companies.
It has Affordable health insurance with good coverage.
We have the absolute best insurance. It's incredible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a trust in my competencies and I do believe they are undervalued
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very friendly and cooperative teammates
a lot of experts in their field, can share experience and grow together as a team
We all listen to each others ideas and suggestions and always support whatever is good for the team.
Everyone works well together with good communication
We are small, but we are close and work well together.

Short interview process and precise questions
Group interview and relatively shorter process
I was asked deep questions
I had a technical interview with the expert, I was able to discuss with him a different point of views
