Dr. Chan Hoon Park, Ph.D. serves as President of Samsung Austin Semiconductor at Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and is responsible for the continued growth and success of Samsung's advanced semiconductor manufacturing facility in the United States. Dr. Park began his career at Samsung Electronics in 1993 at the Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology (SAIT) working in research and development of advanced semiconductor processes and technology. During his tenure, Dr. Park has held roles in Corporate Technology Planning, as Photo Technology Leader in the Memory Division and immediately prior to SAS, as the President of Samsung's new fabrication plant in China. Dr. Park holds a Ph.D. degree from Japan University of Electro-Communications in Electronic Engineering.
