What is the best perk or benefit that Sandia National Laboratories offers?
Constant change in contracts result in months of unemployment. Majority of Sandia National Lab employees were raised in wealthy families so you need to put up with their arrogance. I for one am honestly looking at relocating as having managed NW programs for NNSA and the labs my efforts have not been appreciated locally. Only a few Sandia Employees will state that their programs are failing and our costs as tax payers continue to increase.
