- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Private companies large and small are able to lure away young staff with modest pay increases. Current staff should get the vacation package the older timers get - 5 weeks from year 1.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Strip away all the administrative dead weight. There are far too many overhead functions that serve minimal function
