    Private companies large and small are able to lure away young staff with modest pay increases. Current staff should get the vacation package the older timers get - 5 weeks from year 1.
  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
    Strip away all the administrative dead weight. There are far too many overhead functions that serve minimal function
