Been with the company for 15 years. Best parts are most of the people. Worst part is the pay, which is severely lower than competitors. Sanofi is losing talent at a troubling rate as a result. Only way to a good pay increase is to leave and come back. Performance reviews are forced distribution.

Very efficient and get to point. Respectful and confident in making hard decisions.
What makes you most happy at work?
My immediate team and our accomplishments that positively impact patients and company goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate manager is a great listener and is respectful. GIves great feedback both good and constructive, Executive leadership team is out of touch with mid management and shop floor workforce. Takes way to long to make decisions and always re-orging with little to no input from lower levels.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am criminally underpaid compared when compared to industry, job postings with salaries, and peers for my level and role. Promotions are near impossible. I am doing my manager's previous job and was given a level lower than he/she was at but with more geography and responsibilities than he/she had.
