People here are humble and want to work with one another. They aren't trying to run over people to get ahead. There is an overall respect for people and we are for each other.
The Leadership team is a group of transparent and passionate people. They are united and do a lot to move our company forward including expanding into Europe and coming out with awesome new bike designs.
It was very authentic and didn't seem forced. Everyone was transparent and gave me a good picture of what the role would entail. I got to meet the whole team before I started and the interview questions were appropriate.
Benefits are fully paid for employees and it is really good coverage. At past jobs, I didn't have dental or vision insurance and bad medical insurance, SCB benefits are great, I have my family on the plan as well. I pay extra for it but it is well worth it.
Working for a bike company comes with lots of perks but the best part is that you get to make an impact on a fairly young company that is still growing fast. You learn a lot and might take on a few extra things but you are recognized and can grow your career.
People are excited to come to work and hang with other passionate people like them. Not everyone is a bike nut, we have people who don't bike at all but stay for the company culture. Everyone works fast, there is always something to do but we make time for bike rides or walks to the beach.
