Senior management do not interact with staff and are out of touch with the pressures faced daily but agents. The pressure to achieve targets isn't balanced and the role can be very stressful.

Knowing I can switch off at the end of my shift and forget about work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We can work from hone which means you don't get to see negative behaviour. This creates a better working environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We don't get enough time to interact with the team. The meeting are a telling excerise and our ideas are not taken on board.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be involved more spending time with staff and perhaps taking calls and working the system to understand tge pressures. They focus more on absent staff rather than those who are more reliable. We have lost some amazing managers over the last 12 months. Their knowledge and people skills are missed.
