People are very, overly interested in getting along with others. I didn't like this at first but it's a good way to build trust I suppose.

very skilled - particularly the colleagues that moved to the U.S. from foreign markets where the bank is leading. It's like getting bulge bracket talent at a bargain price because of sponsorship.
