In fact, segregation is encouraged and a firmly fixed part of the office set up. Razorfish Senior Managers and above all get their own offices which means they're segregated from the rest of the team. Oddly enough, it's standard Razorfish practice to squeeze two employees to an office while large sections of desks sit quiet and empty. Encourage the traditional Sapient open-concept/flat hierarchy office setup to encourage interaction between team members.
