Nice people and convient like cation
Working with my friends makes the work go by faster
Teamwork. Consistent rules for everyone. Leads being on time. True Leadership training.
Working on my own each day
The freedom of making my own way. And working on my own but like I said it would be nice to have a partner or was at least paid from leaving my house to the first stop and from the last stop to my house I live a hour away to the closest store and I lose a lot of mileage because of it and it hurts!
